Unior d.d. decided to introduce a 36-hour work week with the aim to ease the consequences of the global economic crisis and to preserve working places.
The full time of 36-hour work week was introduced on 1. 1. 2009 in Forge programme and in Sinter programme, it was partly introduced in Hand tools programme – in external production units, corporate services and sectors. In the Production hall Zreče the 36-hour work week will be introduce on 1. 2. 2009.
Special machines programme and Tourism programme will the full time of 36-hour work week introduce with a delay time because some projects and winter season 2008/2009 at Rogla need to finish first. Special machines programme will likely introduce it on 1. 3. 2009.
